About the role

As a Process Operator at Thielco you will combine technical know‑how, responsibility and teamwork to keep the production line running smoothly. You will play a key role in ensuring that manufacturing output meets the highest quality standards at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine checks and adjustments to maintain continuous workflow.
• Ensure product quality by following quality control guidelines and reporting any deviations.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues, escalating major problems to maintenance staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with shift colleagues and supervisors to achieve production targets.

Required profile

• Basic technical education or vocational training related to industrial processes.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, shift‑based environment.
• Willingness to follow strict quality and safety procedures.
