About the role

We are seeking an experienced private chef to deliver fresh, high‑quality meals for a dynamic team of up to 12 professionals. The role is based in Gurugram and requires a passion for culinary excellence, reliable service, and the ability to cater to diverse tastes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve nutritious, balanced meals for the team from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday‑Saturday.
• Plan varied weekly menus that incorporate North Indian and Italian dishes while accommodating other cuisines as needed.
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt recipes accurately and consistently to meet quality expectations.

Required profile

• Prior professional experience as a private chef or cooking for groups.
• Demonstrated expertise in North Indian and Italian cuisine.
• Strong punctuality, dependability, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent hygiene practices and kitchen‑management capabilities.
• Ability to design balanced, varied menus that meet nutritional standards.
