About the role

Principal Engineer – Buildings (Structures Vertical) will develop technical solutions for complex building projects, working with minimal supervision. The role involves leading design efforts for retail and hospitality projects across multiple regions and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions for medium to large retail and hospitality projects.
• Lead BIM implementation and use of relevant discipline software.
• Interpret assignment objectives, complex features, and propose solutions.
• Ensure designs meet building regulations, technical standards, and client requirements.
• Take ownership of assigned work, making decisions proactively.

Required profile

• Master of Engineering (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline.
• 9‑13 years of civil engineering experience, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM and related building design software.
• Experience in delivering building design services for retail and hospitality sectors.
