About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our school in Junagadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons across core subjects and supporting the holistic development of young learners.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans covering English grammar, literature, EVS and Mathematics.
- Test students’ proficiency in English through exercises, assignments and exams.
- Provide feedback on student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Encourage active participation and monitor individual student performance.
- Help students improve listening, speaking, reading and writing skills via individual and group sessions.
- Identify and apply varied teaching methods suited to different learning styles.
- Develop and organize teaching materials.
- Meet with parents or guardians to discuss each child’s progress.
- Participate in education conferences and workshops.
- Adapt curriculum to meet student needs while maintaining overall class progress.
Required profile
- Experience teaching primary school students.
