Presentation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Presentation Specialist to create high‑quality visual communications for our global client base. Based in Noida, you will work closely with senior team members to design and format a variety of deliverables, ensuring they meet brand standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and format PowerPoint presentations, posters, infographics, brochures, newsletters, emailers, Excel dashboards, charts, and Word documents.
• Create presentation templates from scratch and adapt raw content (handwritten notes, scanned PDFs) into polished slides.
• Maintain a self‑quality control checklist to deliver error‑free output.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior team members to incorporate feedback and meet deadlines.
• Produce graphics and corporate communication materials in line with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Any graduate degree, preferably in Design, Visual Arts or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Suite.
• Strong creative mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working in a design team and a willingness to incorporate feedback.
