Presentation Specialist / Designer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Presentation Specialist/Designer to lead the creation, direction, and production of internal and external presentations. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design sensibility with the ability to translate concepts into compelling slide decks for executive, sales, and marketing audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, animate, and produce presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote, handling requests from simple updates to full‑concept ideation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, and product teams to craft board‑room and client‑facing decks.
• Research and source high‑quality imagery, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
• Maintain project files, adhere to production schedules, and deliver on‑time, high‑quality outputs.
• Develop and uphold motion‑graphics guidelines for presentations, and support print design when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in presentation or graphic design.
• Strong storytelling ability and a modern, contemporary design aesthetic.
• Capacity to work quickly under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player who can mentor junior designers and collaborate with broader creative teams.
