Presentation Designer

About the role

Think Design Collaborative is seeking a Presentation Designer to partner with project leadership and various internal teams. You will craft clear, engaging slide decks that translate complex ideas into visual stories for clients, stakeholders, and public events.

Key responsibilities

• Design visually compelling presentation decks for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, executive, and creative teams to gather content and shape storytelling.
• Convert complex data and concepts into concise visual formats, including charts, infographics, videos, and animations.
• Maintain master templates and presentation libraries to ensure brand consistency.
• Support pitch preparation, proposals, stakeholder meetings, and MIS communications.
• Stay current on presentation design trends and software updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in presentation or graphic design.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced animations, transitions, slide masters).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Visio, Excel).
• Experience with VBA and macros for automation.
