About the role

Connect2Learn is seeking an energetic Pre‑Sales Representative (Business Development Executive) to introduce prospective students and parents to its online learning programs. You will engage leads, build trust, and schedule free demo classes with qualified educators.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain Connect2Learn’s programs.
• Schedule free demo classes and conduct follow‑up calls to ensure attendance.
• Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information on courses and learning options.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead details and interaction status.
• Coordinate with counselors and operations teams to deliver a seamless demo experience.
• Achieve daily and weekly demo‑booking targets.

Required profile

• Freshers and interns welcome; full training provided.
• Strong verbal communication and spoken English.
• Confidence interacting professionally with parents and students.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with enthusiasm to meet targets.
• Based in Kolkata or willing to relocate immediately.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
