About the role
BrightChamps is seeking a proactive Pre‑Sales Associate to engage prospective parents, qualify leads and schedule demo classes for its global ed‑tech programs. The role blends outbound and inbound communication, focusing on converting interest into qualified demo bookings in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective parents via phone and other channels to introduce BrightChamps programs and assess children’s learning needs.
- Qualify leads based on interest, age group, program fit and readiness for a demo session.
- Arrange and coordinate demo classes according to parent availability and trainer schedules.
- Present program offerings, learning outcomes and value proposition clearly and persuasively.
- Handle inbound inquiries, answer basic questions and ensure smooth hand‑off to sales or counseling teams.
- Maintain accurate lead information, follow‑up notes and status updates in the CRM and related tools.
- Follow up with interested leads to improve demo attendance and support conversion targets.
- Collaborate with sales, operations and customer‑facing teams to deliver a seamless parent experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–1 years of experience in presales, inside sales, telesales, customer engagement or ed‑tech sales support.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a clear speaking accent.
- Ability to persuade, handle objections and build rapport with parents.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven, multitasking environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems for lead management.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard office tools.
