About the role

We are seeking a passionate Pre‑Primary Educator to join our team at क Preschool in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur. The role focuses on creating engaging, experience‑based learning for children aged 2‑5, fostering curiosity and development in a warm classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver age‑appropriate learning experiences that go beyond worksheets.
• Manage daily classroom routines and maintain a safe, stimulating environment.
• Observe each child, document progress, and tailor activities to individual needs.
• Collaborate with the academic team to align curriculum and share observations.
• Communicate regularly and respectfully with parents and school leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputable school or preschool.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Education or Early Childhood Education.
• Understanding of experiential learning, play‑based methods, and child development.
• Strong classroom presence, creativity, patience, and punctuality.
• Willingness to receive feedback, learn continuously, and work as part of a team.
