Pre Primary Co-Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Pre‑Primary Co‑Teacher to join our dynamic early‑childhood team. In this role you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive and develop a love for learning.

Key responsibilities

• Create a positive and engaging learning environment for early childhood children.
• Plan, organize, and implement developmentally appropriate activities that promote intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
• Incorporate creative play, storytelling, and hands‑on experiences to foster curiosity.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress and address individual learning needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with young children in a school or early‑childhood setting.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for teaching young learners.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of early childhood development and learning techniques.
