Practice Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

About the role

We are seeking a senior Revenue Leader to head our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Unit. The Practice Lead will own the full business lifecycle, from lead generation and pipeline creation to delivery oversight and long‑term account growth across Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end P&L of the Dynamics 365 Business Unit, managing revenue, margin, utilization and profitability.
• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, building complementary offerings around Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Lead the complete sales process, driving new‑logo acquisition, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Direct presales activities, including workshops, assessments, proposals, RFP responses and demo delivery.
• Oversee delivery governance to ensure scope, quality, timelines, customer satisfaction and margin protection.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a practice or business unit in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Ability to drive strategy, build repeatable sales and delivery processes, and manage executive client relationships.
