Power BI Developer – SME Reporting (2026)

About the role

We are looking for a Power BI Developer to join our team in Pune. The role focuses on creating customized reports, analysing data, and delivering insights to support executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ad‑hoc and standard reports using Power BI and advanced Excel charting based on stakeholder requests.
• Translate business questions into data queries, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
• Analyse outsourcing data sources to identify trends, patterns, anomalies and key performance indicators.
• Extract actionable insights and present them through dashboards, executive summaries and presentations.
• Collaborate with BGSW/BSM teams to refine reporting requirements and act as a subject‑matter expert on data availability.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in data reporting, analysis and visualisation.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with ownership and accountability.
• Problem‑solving and analytical thinking.
