Power BI Developer – Data Reporting & Analysis

About the role
Bosch Group is seeking a Power BI Developer to join its Coimbatore team. You will turn business questions into actionable insights, delivering high‑quality reports and visualisations for executive and stakeholder consumption.
Key responsibilities
- Develop customized and ad‑hoc reports using Power BI and advanced Excel charting.
- Translate business queries into data queries, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
- Analyse outsourcing data objects, identify trends, patterns, anomalies and key performance indicators.
- Extract and communicate insights through executive summaries, dashboards and presentations.
- Collaborate with BGSW/BSM teams to refine reporting requirements and act as a subject‑matter expert on data availability.
Required profile
- B.E/B.Tech, M.Tech or MCA degree.
- 3‑5 years of experience in data reporting, analysis and visualisation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership and analytical thinking.
Required skills
- Power BI
- Excel (advanced charting)
- SQL and Access for database queries
