Portfolio Revenue Analyst

About the role

Join IHG Hotels & Resorts as a Portfolio Revenue Analyst and help hotels translate data into strategic pricing and forecasting decisions. You will work closely with revenue leaders across multiple properties, influencing commercial outcomes and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse revenue, market, and competitor data to generate insights for pricing, forecasting and performance optimisation.
• Partner with Revenue Managers and hotel stakeholders to support revenue meetings, maintain action plans and identify commercial improvement opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, customer demand, loyalty performance and distribution channels, turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Support forecasting and inventory management to align pricing, availability and demand strategies.
• Maintain revenue management systems, reporting tools and performance dashboards.
• Contribute to special projects, market research and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for clear presentation of insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, Analytics or equivalent experience.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
