Pool Operator – Full‑time Maintenance Role

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Pool Operator to join our team on a full‑time basis. You will be responsible for ensuring the swimming pool and its surrounding areas are clean, safe, and well‑maintained for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily pool maintenance including vacuuming, skimming debris and balancing water chemistry.
• Clean and maintain the filtration system by backwashing, rinsing and clearing pump baskets regularly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck, locker rooms and guest areas.
• Monitor water quality, conduct chemical tests and adjust treatments as needed.
• Inspect and perform routine preventive care on pool equipment such as filters, pumps, heaters and cleaning tools.

Required profile

• Ability to monitor and maintain water quality with basic knowledge of pool chemistry and testing procedures.
• Strong focus on safety, hygiene and compliance with local health regulations.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, lift equipment and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Prior experience as a pool operator, lifeguard or facility maintenance staff; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
