PMO Manager – Solar EPC Projects

About the role

The PMO Manager will lead the Project Management Office for solar EPC projects, establishing governance, monitoring performance, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery of solar installations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and milestone tracking.
• Monitor progress against approved timelines, budgets and deliverables, identifying delays, risks and critical issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards and MIS trackers.
• Track project KPIs related to schedule, cost, quality and productivity.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, change‑management records and audit compliance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, quality, safety and commissioning teams.
• Monitor engineering deliverables, material procurement, site execution, testing and grid synchronization.
• Support management review meetings with accurate updates and risk mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or Business Administration.
• 5–10 years of experience in project controls, PMO or EPC project management, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
• PMP, Primavera or other project management certification preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Solar EPC project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6 and Excel.
• Experience with project reporting tools and MIS dashboards.
• Understanding of project planning, scheduling and risk management.
• Familiarity with engineering, procurement and construction processes.
