Plumber & Electrician – Hotel Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Plumber and Electrician to join the maintenance team of an Accor hotel. The successful candidate will ensure that all plumbing and electrical systems operate safely and efficiently, contributing to a comfortable stay for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and perform preventative maintenance on all hotel facilities and equipment.
• Install, repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and related fixtures.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, performing basic repairs as needed.
• Assist guests with inquiries related to property facilities in a helpful manner.
• Carry out light construction tasks such as carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring and ceiling work when required.
• Maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and requisition parts.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in building maintenance, plumbing or electrical work.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to safety.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
