Platform Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Platform Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of next‑generation infrastructure and developer platforms. The role focuses on Kubernetes, Pulumi, Istio, AWS and related technologies to deliver robust, scalable systems in a micro‑services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code solutions using Pulumi for AWS resources.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for microservices, ensuring testing, observability and security.
• Lead deployment and lifecycle management of Istio service mesh across microservices.
• Architect and manage AWS services (EKS, Lambda, IoT Core, etc.) for scalable, cost‑effective solutions.
• Provide developer tooling and enablement, improving internal tools and environments.
• Implement observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and define SLOs/SLAs.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with 2+ years in software engineering, DevOps or platform engineering roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Proven leadership in large‑scale system design and operations.
