Plant Operation Manager

About the role

The Plant Operation Manager will lead all manufacturing and allied activities within the facility, ensuring seamless production, inventory reporting, and equipment reliability. This position works within an existing ERP environment and coordinates closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations, including extrusion or similar processes.
• Lead the team in generating accurate production and inventory reports for senior management.
• Manage CAPEX procurement, critical spares, and related budgeting activities.
• Maintain functional knowledge of the ERP system and ensure its effective use across the plant.
• Coordinate with hardware, network, software, and mail delivery vendors to guarantee a robust technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate with third‑party software and hardware providers to resolve issues and sustain operational continuity.

Required profile

• Proven managerial experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Familiarity with extrusion processes is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of CAPEX planning and procurement.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with IT, engineering, and supply‑chain teams.
