Plant HR Leader

About the role

The Plant HR Leader will head the Human Resources function at a Procter & Gamble manufacturing plant in Hyderabad, driving employee well‑being, development and operational excellence. You will work closely with plant leadership to balance business needs with employee experience, fostering a culture of autonomy and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Build autonomy and personal initiative within the HR team.
• Lead small projects or initiatives related to HR processes and policies.
• Understand HR systems and consistently deliver results via operational excellence.
• Identify key business‑building opportunities within the plant.
• Balance employee needs with business needs, with the help of your manager.

Required profile

• Master's in Human Resources (HR BAM preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and projects.
