Picking & Packing Staff – Bottle Manufacturing

About the role

Join a fast‑paced FMCG bottling plant in India as a Picking & Packing Staff member. You will ensure that finished bottles are accurately selected, packed and prepared for national distribution, supporting tight production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Select, sort and bundle bottles according to packing lists and batch codes with zero error tolerance.
• Operate manual and semi‑automated equipment such as shrink‑wrap machines, label applicators and palletizers safely.
• Load pallets or cartons, verifying count, weight and labeling for outbound shipments.
• Check packed units against SOPs, flagging defects or discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized packing zone and follow OSHA and internal safety protocols.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily shipment targets and assist with inventory audits.

Required profile

• Manual dexterity and physical stamina for repetitive lifting (up to 25 kg) and standing for 8‑hour shifts.
• Basic literacy to read packing slips, batch codes and digital labels.
• Valid work permit or local employment eligibility in India.
• Experience in FMCG, bottling or warehousing environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with FIFO stock handling and inventory labeling systems.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.

Required skills

• Operation of shrink‑wrap machines.
• Use of label applicators.
• Palletizing equipment handling.
• Barcode scanner or RF device operation.
