Picker / Packer – Flexible Delivery Role

About the role

This position offers a flexible, on‑the‑ground delivery opportunity for individuals who want to work full‑time or part‑time delivering grocery and other customer orders. You will pick up items from assigned stores and ensure they reach customers safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collect orders from designated stores and transport them to customers.
• Use the company’s delivery application to receive, track, and complete assignments.
• Verify customer details and delivery locations before each drop‑off.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and update order status in real time.
• Adhere to company safety guidelines and professional conduct standards.
• Achieve performance targets by completing deliveries efficiently.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Own Android smartphone with 4G connectivity and active internet.
• Own bike or scooter for deliveries.
• Valid Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, and a bank account/passbook.
• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
