About the role
Join Blinkit’s dark store team as a Picker / Packer, handling order preparation and store operations. You will work in a fast‑paced environment ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely dispatch.
Key responsibilities
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
- Pack orders properly and prepare them for dispatch.
- Manage day‑to‑day dark store operations, including putaway activities.
- Conduct item audits and verify stock details.
- Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store.
- Follow safety and operational procedures.
- Achieve daily picking, packing, and store operation targets.
Required profile
- Physical ability to lift and move goods.
- Willingness to work flexible shift timings.
- One weekly off.
- Ability to follow safety and operational guidelines.
- Training will be provided after joining.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 (depending on location).
- Joining bonus up to ₹5,000.
- Performance bonus up to ₹3,000.
- Provident Fund (PF) and medical insurance.
- No bike required.
- Flexible shift timings.
