Picker / Packer – Dark Store

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Picker / Packer to join our Blinkit dark‑store team in Ameerpet. You will be responsible for accurately selecting items from inventory, packing them securely and preparing orders for dispatch while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items accurately according to customer orders.
• Pack orders properly and prepare them for dispatch.
• Handle day‑to‑day dark‑store operations, including putaway activities and product arrangement.
• Conduct item audits and verify stock and product details.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of the store.
• Ensure smooth and timely order processing while following safety and operational procedures.
• Meet assigned daily productivity targets.

Required profile

• Willingness to undergo training after joining.
• Ability to work flexible shift timings.
• One weekly off.
• No bike required for the role.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000 (depending on location).
• Joining bonus up to ₹5,000.
