About the role

We are seeking a passionate Physiotherapist – Movement Coach to lead group “Mind & Body” sessions for seniors in Bengaluru. The role is part‑time (with potential full‑time for select candidates) and focuses on functional movement, safety, and creating an energetic environment that encourages repeat attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct group sessions of 6‑12 seniors, guiding functional movements and ensuring safety.
• Adapt exercises for individual injuries or limitations while maintaining class flow.
• Incorporate dual‑tasking and fall‑risk‑reduction techniques into workouts.
• Foster a motivating atmosphere that promotes regular participation.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape the senior‑fitness program.

Required profile

• Fresh BPT graduate or physiotherapist with 0‑2 years of experience.
• Strong clinical empathy and understanding of seniors’ fear of falling or joint pain.
• Passion for “pre‑hab” – building strength and balance before injuries occur.
• Comfortable leading energetic groups of older adults.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bengaluru.

Required skills
