About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the CBSE Physics curriculum effectively, planning lessons and ensuring full coverage.
• Conduct laboratory practicals and promote scientific inquiry and experimentation.
• Assess, monitor, and support student learning, preparing them for board examinations.
• Track student performance, implement data‑driven interventions, and drive academic achievement.
• Collaborate with faculty, participate in professional development, and integrate innovative teaching methodologies.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Physics with a mandatory B.Ed.
• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Physics in CBSE schools, preferably Grades 9‑12.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing.
