Pharmacy Instructor – Full‑time

About the role

The Ishan Institute of Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Instructor to join its academic team. This full‑time position involves teaching D.Pharm students, developing curriculum, and supporting student success in a vibrant on‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical sessions across various pharmaceutical subjects for D.Pharm students.
• Design, update, and maintain course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools.
• Evaluate student performance, assign grades, and provide constructive feedback.
• Mentor and guide students, fostering academic and professional growth.
• Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other academic activities.
• Stay current with advancements in pharmacy and education to ensure high‑quality instruction.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with fellow faculty on projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field (preferred).
• Experience teaching or training pharmacy students at the undergraduate level.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences and D.Pharm curriculum.
• Ability to develop engaging instructional materials and assessments.
• Commitment to student mentorship and continuous professional development.
