Pharmacist position for BPharm, MPharm and PharmD graduates

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe medication use, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions according to doctors' orders while maintaining patient safety.
• Provide clear counseling to patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and proper storage.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor patient health outcomes, track responses to therapy, and adjust treatment in coordination with prescribers.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy (BPharm, MPharm, PharmD) or related fields such as BDS, B.Sc, B.E, BVSC.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate dispensing and patient safety.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to patient care.
