Pharmacist – Pharmaceutical Distribution

About the role

Novel Industries is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Pharmacist to join its expanding pharmaceutical distribution unit in Pathanamthitta, Kerala. You will ensure that all medicines are received, stored, and dispensed in strict accordance with regulatory and company standards while providing professional counsel to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receipt, storage, and dispensing of pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor storage conditions.
• Verify prescriptions and ensure correct medication dispensing.
• Counsel customers on proper medication use and safety.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and keep detailed documentation.

Required profile

• Valid pharmacy license.
• Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm) or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution or retail pharmacy.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and organizational skills.
