Pharmacist – Operations, Procurement & Compliance

About the role

We are looking for a licensed Pharmacist to lead pharmacy operations, procurement and regulatory compliance at our facility in Manesar. The role blends commercial activities such as sales and purchasing with strict adherence to state drug control regulations and inventory best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and maintain all documentation for retail and wholesale drug licenses, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
• Manage vendor relationships, forecast demand, place purchase orders and enforce FEFO inventory principles to avoid stockouts and expiries.
• Inspect incoming shipments for batch numbers, expiry dates, cold‑chain integrity and physical damage before acceptance.
• Verify prescriptions, counsel patients on dosage and side‑effects, and drive pharmacy sales through professional service and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate daily sales, digital payments and cash records using the pharmacy ERP/billing system.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).
• Active registration with the State Pharmacy Council.
• Strong knowledge of local drug control and pharmacy council regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/billing software for pharmacy operations.
• Experience in inventory management systems, including FEFO and cold‑chain handling.
