Pharmacist & Operations Executive (On-site, Pune)

About the role

DrSafeHands is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist who will also support daily operations at its Hinjewadi location in Pune. This full‑time, on‑site position combines traditional pharmacy duties with operational coordination across the company’s network of doctors and counselors.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently.
• Provide patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
• Review prescriptions for completeness and correctness.
• Maintain and manage inventory of pharmaceutical supplies.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and other team members across locations.

Required profile

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid pharmacy licensure to practice in India.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient confidentiality.
