Pharmacist – Medication Dispensing & Patient Care

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join our team and ensure the safe, effective use of medications. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals and patients to improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescribed medications, providing dosage and usage instructions.
• Consult patients on medication therapy, including side effects, interactions, and storage.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor expiration dates, and ensure proper storage of all products.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to assess and optimise individual medication therapy plans.
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical knowledge, attend training sessions, and share expertise with peers.
• Maintain detailed patient records, including medication histories and treatment plans, to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication abilities.
• Team player committed to high‑quality patient care.
• Experience in a retail or clinical pharmacy setting is a plus, especially for candidates with up to one year of experience.
