Pharmacist – Medical Coding & Patient Care

About the role

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our healthcare team, focusing on medical coding and comprehensive pharmaceutical care. The role involves ensuring safe medication use, providing patient counseling, and supporting the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense prescriptions according to physicians’ orders while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Offer clear medication counseling to patients, explaining usage, potential side effects, and storage.
• Maintain and update medication inventory records to prevent shortages or excess stock.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes and medication responses, adjusting therapy in coordination with prescribers.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm‑D) or related field such as BDS, B.Sc, B.E, BVSC.
• Strong communication abilities for interacting with patients and the healthcare team.
• High attention to detail to ensure accurate dispensing and documentation.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to engage in continuous learning.
