Pharmacist

About the role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and patient‑focused Pharmacist to lead medication dispensing, patient counseling, and pharmaceutical care services. The role involves ensuring accurate medication management while supporting patient safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions.
• Review prescriptions for dosage accuracy and potential drug interactions.
• Counsel patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and adherence.
• Maintain pharmacy records and manage inventory systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
• Monitor patient medication therapy outcomes and conduct audits.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff.
• Participate in healthcare awareness, preventive care initiatives, and quality improvement programs.

Required profile

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree.
• Valid pharmacist license.
• 2–6 years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Analytical and organizational abilities.
