Pharmacist – Full‑time Retail Position

About the role

Mayank Medical & General Store is seeking a full‑time Pharmacist to join its busy retail pharmacy in Bhiti, Indore. You will be responsible for dispensing prescription medicines, ensuring safety and accuracy, and providing clear medication guidance to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription medications and verify prescriptions for accuracy.
• Provide dosage, side‑effect, and safe‑use counseling to customers.
• Maintain proper storage, handle medicines, and check expiry dates.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock control, and support procurement.
• Document transactions, comply with regulatory and safety standards, and collaborate with store staff.

Required profile

• Relevant pharmacy qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s) from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration/license as required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and prescription interpretation.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability in record‑keeping.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills for billing systems or pharmacy software.
• Experience with inventory management and stock control.
