Pharmacist – Dispensing, Counseling & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The position involves delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe medication use, and supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions in line with doctors’ orders while maintaining patient safety.
• Provide clear counseling to patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and adherence.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records, monitor stock levels, and assist in preventing shortages or excess.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Track patient outcomes, monitor responses to therapy, and adjust medication regimens in coordination with the care team.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy (BPharm, MPharm, PharmD) or related fields such as BDS, B.Sc, B.E, BVSC.
• Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with patients and healthcare providers.
• High attention to detail to ensure accurate dispensing and patient safety.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with pharmaceutical advancements.
