Pharma Warehouse Technician

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Technician to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role ensures compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and specifications.
• Label and store raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods in designated areas.
• Issue materials to production according to approved requisitions and batch requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or manual systems.
• Segregate quarantined, approved, and rejected materials appropriately.
• Perform periodic stock counts and support inventory reconciliation.
• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly following 5S and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and USFDA guidelines and assist in audit preparation.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified) for material movement.

Required profile

• High School, ITI, Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical warehouse or other regulated industry.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.

Required skills

• Familiarity with cGMP and GDP regulations.
• Basic computer proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of warehouse SOPs.
• Forklift operation (certified) or pallet‑jack handling.
