Personal Trainer

About the role

Game Theory is a sports and fitness‑focused organisation creating engaging experiences around sports, fitness, and active lifestyles. We are seeking an energetic and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to deliver one‑on‑one training sessions and help members achieve their fitness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one personal training sessions for members.
• Understand individual fitness goals and create customised workout plans.
• Guide members on strength, conditioning, mobility, and functional fitness.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct form and technique.
• Track and monitor members' progress and modify plans as needed.
• Motivate members, maintain a positive training environment, and ensure safety.
• Build strong relationships with members and deliver an excellent experience.
• Support Game Theory's fitness initiatives, events, and wellness activities when required.

Required profile

• Certification in Personal Training or Fitness Training preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, approachable, and passionate about fitness.
• Ability to work with people across different fitness levels.
• Strong focus on member experience and safety.
