Personal Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. In this role you will design and deliver customized training programs, coach clients one‑on‑one, and help them reach their health and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design personalized fitness programs tailored to each client’s objectives, abilities, and preferences.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching, demonstrate exercises, give feedback, and ensure safe execution.
• Conduct client assessments, set realistic goals, and develop actionable plans.
• Track progress, deliver regular feedback, and adjust programs as needed.
• Promote personal training services, attract new clients, and retain existing ones through excellent service.

Required profile

• Strong athletic or sports background with a passion for fitness and healthy living.
• Enthusiasm for weight, functional training, calisthenics, and CrossFit.
• High energy, customer‑obsessed attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
