About the role

The Personal Shopper will act as the primary point of contact for high‑value customers, guiding them through a tailored shopping experience that boosts satisfaction and purchase frequency. This role combines fashion expertise with proactive relationship management to drive sales and membership growth.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate customers to visit the store regularly and schedule appointments through phone, email and face‑to‑face communication.
• Lead each client through their shopping journey, recommending products and services aligned with current fashion trends and personal style.
• Provide image makeovers and customized buying advice to enhance the client’s experience.
• Serve as the single point of contact before, during and after the sale, ensuring follow‑up and fulfillment of commitments.
• Maintain appointment levels and increase average ticket value through suggestive selling and upselling.
• Educate non‑members about membership programs and encourage enrollment in premium “black card” offerings.
