About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support Ankit Srivastava, Chief Editor of New Delhi Times and Nai Dilli Times. The role involves managing both business and personal commitments, ensuring smooth daily operations for the editorial leader.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and coordinate the executive’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Chief Editor.
- Organise meetings, events, and business engagements, including logistics and follow‑up.
- Prepare and file documentation, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Track project deadlines, set reminders, and monitor progress on assigned tasks.
- Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a personal or executive assistant role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, multitask efficiently, and maintain discretion.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Familiarity with task‑management tools.
