Personal Assistant to Chief Editor

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support Ankit Srivastava, Chief Editor of New Delhi Times and Nai Dilli Times. The role involves managing business commitments, schedules, and communications in a fast‑paced media environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the Chief Editor.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and business engagements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
• Assist with personal and business‑related tasks, including documentation and filing.
• Oversee project deadlines, reminders, and follow‑ups.
• Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar personal or executive assistant role.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and multitask efficiently.
• High level of discretion and trustworthiness.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with task‑management tools.
