Personal Assistant (Full‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Personal Assistant to provide daily executive and administrative support to our leadership team in New Delhi. The role is on‑site and involves managing schedules, coordinating travel and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings and arrange appointments.
• Organise domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations.
• Prepare documents, presentations and reports using standard office software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and follow‑up actions.
• Liaise with clients, partners and team members to facilitate communication.
• Prioritise tasks for senior staff and ensure timely completion of action items.
• Support overall office operations to maintain a professional and organized environment.

Required profile

• Strong personal assistance abilities with excellent task prioritisation.
• Experience in executive administrative support such as calendar and diary management.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for interaction with stakeholders.
• Reliable clerical skills including filing, data entry and record keeping.
• High attention to detail, discretion with confidential information and solid time‑management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, business or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience supporting executives or senior managers in a creative or corporate setting (advantage).
