About the role
Join Unilever's Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business as a Performance Marketing Specialist within the E‑commerce team in Andheri, Mumbai. You will own paid media campaigns on major online retail platforms and help drive sales growth for iconic brands.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Amazon (AMS), Flipkart, Google and other e‑commerce channels.
- Analyse large data sets to uncover trends, measure KPIs and assess the impact of paid and organic activities.
- Identify growth levers, adjust media budgets and tactics to maximise sales output.
- Manage an experiment pipeline, run A/B tests and codify learnings for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, including brand, sales and analytics teams.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years of experience in digital performance marketing, analytics or customer acquisition for start‑ups or similar environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Hands‑on experience with paid platforms such as Amazon Advertising (AMS), Flipkart and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and performance‑driven campaign management.
