Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

GIGABOX is seeking a hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager to drive online customer acquisition across its app, website and marketplace channels. This is an execution‑focused position where rapid experimentation, data‑driven decision‑making and a deep understanding of D2C shopper behaviour are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise daily performance campaigns on Meta, Google and YouTube platforms.
• Increase app installs, online orders, repeat purchases and overall customer retention while maintaining efficient CAC and ROAS.
• Develop growth strategies to attract customers from competing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and Meesho.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audience segments, offers and landing pages.
• Build and manage retargeting, look‑alike and retention campaigns.
• Track and improve KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate, retention and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, content creators and cataloguing teams to guide ad creatives, hooks and communication strategy.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing for D2C, e‑commerce or retail start‑ups.
• Proven track record of scaling online acquisition while controlling cost metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and execute tasks from concept to launch.
