Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

American Express is looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Executive to lead digital campaigns that drive customer growth and business impact. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate data insights into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage bidding and media buying on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, and other programmatic solutions.
• Plan, set up, launch, monitor, and optimize end‑to‑end digital campaigns.
• Analyze campaign metrics, audience behavior, and ROI to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Product, Technology, and CX teams to improve funnel performance and conversion rates.
• Ensure compliance with governance, privacy regulations, and best practices across all digital activities.
