Performance Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to drive growth for Kelleys Kelle, a fashion brand that creates timeless essentials with a modern edge. The role is full‑time and based on‑site in Kozhikode, where you will turn ad spend into sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Set up, test and scale campaigns from start to finish.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise for ROI and customer acquisition cost.
• Conduct audience segmentation and run A/B tests.
• Build dashboards and generate regular campaign reports.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to ensure messaging stays on‑brand.
• Stay updated on performance‑marketing trends and platform changes.

Required profile

• Solid experience in paid social and search advertising.
• Comfortable analysing data and making decisions based on performance metrics.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, conversion tracking and audience targeting.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain numbers clearly.
• Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
