Performance Marketer

About the role

We are a fast‑growing D2C skincare brand seeking a Performance Marketer to turn ad spend into measurable growth. You will own the full performance‑marketing engine, from acquisition to conversion, and work closely with creative and product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
• Manage the entire customer‑acquisition funnel – from first click to final purchase.
• Collaborate with the creative team to test ad copies, videos, UGC, and landing pages.
• Run continuous A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Track and optimize metrics such as ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV.
• Set up and maintain funnels, pixels, events, and tracking tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
• Utilise remarketing, look‑alike audiences, and smart segmentation to boost performance.
• Manage budgets responsibly while maintaining profitability.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience.
• Strong background in D2C brands, preferably skincare, beauty, or personal care.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystems.
• Comfortable working with Shopify and conversion‑funnel setups.
• Analytical mindset that relies on data rather than guesswork.
• Ownership mentality – think like a business owner.
• Experience scaling high‑growth D2C brands is a plus.
• Familiarity with retention channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp) and marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa) is advantageous.
