Performance Analytics Consultant – Advisors & Consulting Services

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Performance Analytics Consultant to join its Advisors & Consulting Services team. You will work with a diverse set of global clients, translating data into actionable insights that drive business value across payments, banking, retail and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements.
• Develop analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with Mastercard teams to understand client needs, agendas and risks.
• Build trusted relationships with client analysts and managers, acting as a reliable partner.
• Identify trends, patterns, issues and anomalies in defined areas of analysis and synthesize findings into clear recommendations.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting or analytics roles serving large enterprises.
• Ability to work independently and as part of senior project delivery teams.
• Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to clients.
